This letter is to thank you for the outstanding job you did catering our 2004 Smokejumper Reunion barbeque.  Reports from among nearly one thousand attendees were all very positive, and especially so regarding the food, and your ability to serve so many in a relatively short period of time.  It is obvious that both you and your staff went "above and beyond the call of duty" to ensure everyone was well-fed and happy.

The general consensus of the former smokejumpers and their families who came to the reunion was this is one of the very best ones we have had.  Your part certainly contributed to its success.

Now that the wedding is over...we wanted to thank you and your staff for a fabulous job.  Everything was perfect - from the valet assisted parking, to the fresh flower arrangements, to the wonderfully delicious hor d'oeurves to the yummy huckleberry cheesecake - nothing could have been better.  Your staff was professional and attentive to our guests' wishes in every way.  We're sure everyone experienced a special treat they will long remember.

I wanted to take the time to let you know how very much we appreciated everything that you and your staff did for us during our "crazy" wedding reception.  Even with the normal influences of having an outside reception, the incredible way you and your staff dealt with the unexpected high temperatures was amazing.  Who would have thought you would have 80 degree temperatures in May!!!  The professionalism and cheerful attitudes made our day so much easier.  From the hor d'oeurves, entrees, and flower arrangements to our very special cake, everything was magnificent.  I applaud you and your staff for going "above and beyond" to make our event so memorable.

Thank you so much for the fabulous catering, everyone loved our little picnic.  Everything worked out so well it was wonderful to know that I could just relax and things were being handled.  Nothing could have been better and Zandy really appreciated your catering our wedding reception.  The Food was a hit as was the picnic basket novelty.  Zandy loved the little quiches!
